Thank you for shopping with Modiavstyle! We strive to deliver your favorite fashion products across Pakistan as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Delivery Timelines

We understand you want your order fast! Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2 to 4 working days.

Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 working days.

⏳ Note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays, mega sales events, or due to unexpected weather/political conditions in the country. Working days do not include Weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and National Holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. [free on first order ]  across Pakistan.

3. Order Verification (For Cash on Delivery)

To ensure smooth processing and avoid fake orders, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require confirmation.

Once you place an order, our representative may contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call to verify your shipping details.

Your order will only be dispatched after successful confirmation. Unverified orders will automatically be canceled after 48 hours.

4. Courier Partners & Tracking

We partner with Pakistan's most reliable logistics companies (including TCS, Leopards Courier, Trax, and M&P) to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS or Email.

You can use this number on the respective courier's website to track your parcel's real-time journey.

5. Open Parcel Policy

Please note that our courier partners do not allow opening the parcel before making the payment for Cash on Delivery orders.

You must pay the rider first to receive the parcel.

If you find any issue with the size, color, or quality after opening it, don't worry! You can easily claim a return or exchange under our 7-Days Return Policy by contacting our customer support.

6. Failed Deliveries & Refusals

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the parcel up to 2 or 3 times at your given address. If you are unavailable or unreachable via phone, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

Please ensure your provided contact number is active and correct.

Repeatedly refusing parcels at the doorstep without a valid reason will result in your address being blacklisted for future Cash on Delivery orders.
