How Delivery Time Works
Your total delivery time is made up of two parts: the order processing time at our warehouse, plus the courier transit time to your address. Orders are fulfilled from whichever of our supplier's warehouses — in Dubai, UAE or in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — is closest to you, so your parcel reaches you as fast as possible.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Sunday through Thursday, excluding UAE and KSA public holidays. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday, or after our daily cut-off time, are processed on the next working day. Once your order ships, you'll receive your tracking details by email and/or WhatsApp.

Delivery Charges
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order, and are shown in AED for UAE orders and SAR for KSA orders before you complete payment. Any free-shipping offer will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery
Free Cash on Delivery (COD) is available all over the UAE and KSA. Please keep the exact amount ready when your order arrives. Secure online debit/credit card payment is also available at checkout.
