This applies to customers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Cash on Delivery (COD) — Our Main Payment Method
Cash on Delivery is available on most orders across the UAE and KSA, with absolutely no extra COD charges. You simply pay the courier in cash when your parcel is delivered.
- No advance payment needed on standard orders
- No hidden fees or extra COD charges
- Pay in AED for UAE orders and in SAR for KSA orders
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as couriers may not always carry change
- Please check your parcel is sealed and undamaged before paying the courier
How COD Works
- Step 1: Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Step 2: Enter your delivery details and select Cash on Delivery as your payment method.
- Step 3: Our team may confirm your order by WhatsApp, phone, or email before dispatch.
- Step 4: Your order is shipped from our nearest warehouse in the UAE or KSA.
- Step 5: Pay in cash to the courier when your order arrives.
Advance Payment for High-Value Orders
To protect both our customers and our business, orders of higher value may require an advance payment before they are dispatched. Depending on the order value and item type, this may be either:
- A partial advance payment — a portion of the order amount is paid online in advance, and the remaining balance is paid in cash on delivery, or
- Full advance payment — the complete order amount is paid online before dispatch
If your order needs an advance payment, our team will contact you by WhatsApp or email before dispatch to explain the amount and share a secure payment method. Your order will be shipped once the advance payment is confirmed. We will never dispatch a high-value order on an advance requirement without informing you first.

If you'd rather not pay in cash, secure online debit/credit card payment is also available. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways, and we never store your full card details on our servers.
Currency & Taxes
Prices are shown in AED (UAE Dirham) for UAE customers and SAR (Saudi Riyal) for KSA customers, inclusive of applicable VAT. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Confirmation & Refused Deliveries
COD orders may be confirmed with you before dispatch. Please make sure your phone number and address are accurate and that someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel. Repeatedly refusing or being unavailable for COD deliveries may result in future orders requiring advance payment.
Payment Safety
ModivaStyle will only ever ask for advance payments through our official channels — our website checkout, our official WhatsApp support, or our email modivastyle.shop@gmail.com. Please do not share card details or make payments to any other account or number claiming to be us.
