Orders & Pricing
- Prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirham) for UAE orders and SAR (Saudi Riyal) for KSA orders, inclusive of applicable VAT
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time; if an order is affected by a pricing error, we will offer a full refund or the option to proceed at the corrected price
- Placing an order does not guarantee availability — all orders are subject to confirmation and stock availability
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error
Payments
We accept major debit and credit cards, other secure online payment methods, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE and KSA. All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways — we never store your full card details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from our supplier's warehouses in Dubai, UAE and in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whichever is closest to your delivery address, ensuring you receive branded and quality products as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery timeframes for both countries are outlined in our Shipping Policy. While we work hard to meet these timeframes, occasional delays due to courier logistics, customs processing, weather, or events beyond our control may occur.
Replacements & Refunds
Eligible items may be replaced within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. This 7-day replacement window applies to customers in both the UAE and KSA. Certain categories, such as sale items, fragrances, and intimate apparel, are excluded from replacement.
Product Descriptions & Images
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or detail may occur due to screen display settings, lighting, or manufacturing batches. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time.
